Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the zeed buzz platform and all services under it. By registering on the platform or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Membership and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on zeed buzz, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
- Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
- All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
- The account must be for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- Participation in online gaming and betting must be legally permitted under the laws applicable in your area.
zeed buzz reserves the right to reject any registration application without giving a reason and to close any account.
Account Verification and Security
After registration, zeed buzz may verify your identity. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other relevant documents.
3.1 Login Credentials Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
zeed buzz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following situations:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct.
- The account's security is at risk.
- Payment disputes or unauthorised chargebacks.
- Attempting to exploit any platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
If an account is closed, any amount that was already withdrawable (after bonus conditions were met) will be returned; however, bonus balances and funds that were earned but not yet withdrawable may be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals on zeed buzz can be made through payment methods available in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank).
4.1 Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
- The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits using a third party's account or card are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- To withdraw from a bonus balance, the relevant wagering conditions must be met.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
zeed buzz offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which are stated in that offer's description. The general conditions are described below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Conditions
- A bonus can only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
- A bonus is never direct cash — wagering conditions must be met before withdrawal.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- zeed buzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If an account is closed due to fraud, the bonus will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules
The zeed buzz platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and cricket betting. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself.
6.1 Bet Cancellation and Disputes
If a game or bet is not completed correctly due to a technical error, zeed buzz reserves the right to declare that bet void and return the original stake. If you have a dispute about the outcome of a bet, you must notify our support team within 24 hours.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or any other technical aid.
- Arbitrage or bonus-matching activity through multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of any game.
- Exploiting any technical error on the platform for an unfair advantage and not reporting it.
